On February 29, 2024, Ideal Power Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2023. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
